Hi, I’m Kathy Foreman—founder of 3 Key Wellness.

 

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect to what they already have inside them: the capacity for calm, clarity, and healing.

My work is rooted in compassionate care and energy-based healing through Healing Touch, Sound Therapy, Sound Baths, and Theta Energy Work.

Why I do this work

I didn’t arrive here because it was trendy. I arrived here because it became personal.

In 2018, after receiving a cancer diagnosis, I found myself in a state of fear and confusion—and I quickly realized I needed to take an active role in my healing journey.

Just weeks before my diagnosis, I had a chance meeting with an executive who had written a book about her own cancer experience. I became her client and began learning resilience techniques.

 

That experience opened the door to exploring complementary healing practices and a deeper kind of support.

My approach (what sessions feel like)

My journey has included life-long patterns of illness, childhood trauma, self-doubt, and emotional ups and downs.

 

I’m a work in progress—continually evolving and growing.

That’s why I hold this work the way I do: with steadiness, humility, and deep respect for your pace.
