What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where you rest comfortably while therapeutic sounds (often crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, or gentle instruments) help your mind and body settle into a calmer state. You don’t “do” anything—your job is simply to receive.
What should I bring?
Bring whatever helps you feel cozy and supported:

Yoga mat or comfortable mat (if not provided)

Optional: eye pillow/eye mask, journal (for afterward)

What if I fall asleep
That’s completely okay (and common). Falling asleep usually means your nervous system feels safe enough to fully let go.
